To create new support requests you HAVE to register an account.

You can click "Register" link in the upper right hand at the top of the page and register your account (or Click Here)

To create a new ticket via email, you simply need to send an email to the following email address:

If the email address you send your ticket from is already registered the ticket will be logged to the registered user. If you don't already have a support account then a new account will be created for you automatically.
